Bisazza Ecological Smalti
Formed through the sintering process, finely ground glass and leadfree colour pigments are compressed, heated then cooled. The result is a richly coloured smalti with many unique characteristics.

There is an extensive range of colours, some pure, others marbled and some with a 'peppering' of colour. The finishes can be matt, satin or gloss and the cut smalti often reveals an intensity of colour as well as a variable surface texture.
